An Afternoon of Arias and Art Songs

E. Humperdink Hansel and Gretel

"Most impressive were the richly shimmering glow of soprano Christina Massimei's Pamina, Eric Olsen's virile and focused tenor as Tamino, bass Patrick Guetti's rolling, impressively weighty sound as Sarastro, and soprano Tamara Tucker as the Queen of the Night, who knocked off some daunting coloratura with bright, pinging, accurately placed high notes." Washington Post, Joe Banno.

" At Papageno, Charlie Hyland has broken through into a new dimentions of apparent talent. He showed a deft comic manner, had a resonant and attractive voice and brought great life to his role. Patrick Giuetti, as Sarastro, was easily the most impressive of the male singers. His deep voice projects majestic nobility and his great height gives Sarastro the needed commanding presence whenever the character is on stage..." Stephen Neal Dennis, Allartsreview4u.com
